Press Release 21.07.2016: Report on Alternative Banking Dispute Resolution 30.06.2016

Since March and until the end of June, in 5 casefiles, of the almost 120 applications in different review or resolution stages, resolutions agreed by consumers have already been handed down and applied.
No consumer has yet appealed the solution proposed by the conciliator. Each resolution was rendered within not more than 30 days, considering the 90-day statutory resolution term. To note that the entire ADR procedure is free of charge for consumers.
