The settlement of consumer disputes is carried out by the members of Body of Conciliators, according to the rules of procedure adopted by the ADR Center.

The activity of Body of Conciliators shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the ADR Center’s Regulation, the rules of procedure approved by the Steering Board, as well as the internal regulations.

Members of Body of Conciliators are individuals with ADR expertise, selected according to criteria established by the Steering Board, through the organization and functioning of the ADR Center in accordance with Ordinance 38/2015.
