Until 30.06.2016, that is just 4 months, as many as 117 written applications, and 450 requests by phone were received from consumers. All the requests received by phone were prevailingly requests for general clarifications.
Distribution of the complete applications filed by consumers to Conciliator is done according to the alphabetical listing of the conciliators, as published on the ABDRC website, and term of the availability and workload of each conciliator.
