A DISPUTE RESOLVED IN JUST 8 DAYS

With the aid ABDRC, a consumer of Bucharest managed to reach an amicable settlement with the bank the first had contracted a personal loan in EUR from in just 8 days. This consumer claimed provision of the risk fee in the loan agreement, which was then turned into the management fee, of EUR 56 of the monthly instalment.
