BANKS AND CONSUMERS REACHED AN AGREEMENT IN MORE THAN 90% OF THE CASEFILES INVOLVING DISPUTES

Romanians experiencing problems with banks can now turn, free of charge, to the Alternative Banking Dispute Resolution Centre (ABDRC), and expect a resolution in not more than 90 days, Alexandru Păunescu, spokesperson of ABDRC, declared for MEDIAFAX. The official added that the number of applicants increased by 12 times in the first six months of this year.
