After almost 10 years since we had borrowed a credit, we found that there were major gaps between the additional act received in 2010 and the initial contract back in 2006. We wrote to the bank and we asked to remove the commision that we considered to be abusive. The bank refused us, and a friend recommended to contact the Center to expose our situation. In two months we resolved the problem and we received back almost 3000 Euros and the bank eliminated from our contract the 85 Euros fee considered abusive.

I had a credit and I needed to intervene multiple times for the bank to understand that the interest and fees were too high. I tried to resolve it on my own, but I didn’t have any result. The bank charged me 3% a month `{`of the total monthly rate`}` for a certain insurance which I felt was abusive. When I contacted the bank to eliminate that fee, they told me that I need to read the contract. Afterwards I went to the ADR Center with my papers and they confirmed my issue. They called me and emailed me and they resolved the problem. I was refunded 700 lei.

Back in 2007, I took a mortgage loan in CHF. Due to the real estate crisis and the increasing CHF rate, the instalments virtually doubled in time.
