This consumer claimed provision of the risk fee in the loan agreement, which was then turned into the management fee, of EUR 56 of the monthly instalment. He asked to be returned this fee in full, and no longer be charged in the remaining instalments until expiry of the loan agreement. The bank was receptive and, while the loan had been taken before 2010, further to the negotiations conducted, the parties reached an agreement on full repayment of the loan, meaning that the consumer has nothing to pay to the bank any longer for the 7 subsequent loan instalments.
