The work of ABDRC in 2023, the effectiveness of conciliation (negotiations, reconciliation, settlement time), and the amount of the benefits obtained from conciliation were the topics introduced to journalists in the ABDRC’s annual press conference.<\/p>\n

Banks negotiated more and came to terms more often with consumers in 2023. Last year, the banks accepted 100 more applications from consumers than in 2022. In only 8 of 100 negotiations, the parties did not accept the solutions proposed to them by conciliators, and failed to come to terms. Thus, the ABDRC conciliators were reported with the highest ever conciliation efficiency since the establishment of ABDRC (92%)<\/p>\n
