How can the ADR Center help you in the alternative dispute resolution?<\/b><\/h1 ><\/div>
<\/div><\/div>[vc_column_text]The ADR Center manages the infrastructure needed for ADR through 2 types of procedures:<\/p>\n
    \n
  1. The ADR procedure concluded with proposing a solution (conciliation procedure)<\/strong>: the procedure is finalized after the parties have accepted the resolution proposed by the conciliator through the Solving Note. The deadline for the parties to accept \/ deny the solution is 15 days after receiving the proposal. The parties may withdraw from the proceedings at any time.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Note: Between 2016 and 2019, the majority of consumers (individuals), as well as banks\/NBFIs, have preferred this dispute settlement procedure.<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. The ADR procedure concluded with imposing a solution (arbitration procedure)<\/strong>: the procedure is finalized with imposing a solution mandatory for both sides. The procedure is similar to that of the judgement courts, but with shorter terms, within maximum 90 calendar days, and can be agreed upon. The parties can not withdraw from the proceedings.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Conciliators \/ arbitrators appointed to resolve disputes propose or impose a solution, depending on the procedure chosen, following the analysis of the documents and the discussions with the parties.<\/p>\n

      These procedures are optional, voluntary, separated from court proceedings and there is a minimum fee that shall be charged according to the information provided in the documents below.<\/strong><\/p>\n
