After almost 10 years since we had borrowed a credit, we found that there were major gaps between the additional act received in 2010 and the initial contract back in 2006. We wrote to the bank and we asked to remove the commision that we considered to be abusive. The bank refused us, and a friend recommended to contact the Center to expose our situation. In two months we resolved the problem and we received back almost 3000 Euros and the bank eliminated from our contract the 85 Euros fee considered abusive.<\/i><\/div>

In March 2016, a savings-loan contract reached maturity and when I wished to recover my money the bank returned only a partial amount and motivated that the remaining account is held by a third party. The Center helped me to recover all my money.The bank suggested that I was going for nothing to the ADR Center, because they have the upper hand in the negotiation. I didn\u2019t feel any pressure from the conciliator who offered me a convenient solution, a solution that I couldn\u2019t receive at the bank before contacting the ADR Center<\/i><\/div>

I had a credit and I needed to intervene multiple times for the bank to understand that the interest and fees were too high. I tried to resolve it on my own, but I didn\u2019t have any result. Then I contacted the ADR Center and it resolved the dispute right away. We agreed that everything left to be paid, meaning 3000 lei accounting for fees paid until then should be erased. I chose the proposed resolution to gain control over the final solution. I didn\u2019t want the resolution to be imposed by a third party.<\/i><\/div>

The bank charged me 3% a month `{`of the total monthly rate`}` for a certain insurance which I felt was abusive. When I contacted the bank to eliminate that fee, they told me that I need to read the contract. Afterwards I went to the ADR Center with my papers and they confirmed my issue. They called me and emailed me and they resolved the problem. I was refunded 700 lei. <\/i><\/div>

Back in 2007, I took a mortgage loan in CHF. Due to the real estate crisis and the increasing CHF rate, the instalments virtually doubled in time. Before the fall of 2018, we managed somehow, although with same delay, to pay them, but since the spring of 2019, since we have been faced with a serious health problem of my wife, the delays have grown longer and longer. Before the situation got critical, we approached ABDRC hoping that their conciliation would get us a reconversion and rebalancing of this loan. But with the help of ABDRC we obtained more than we could have ever hoped for, meaning the loan that we had to pay for perhaps 12 more years was written off entirely and closed. Our collaboration with ABDRC was straightforward, on the point and unexpectedly fast. This is why I encourage all that find themselves in a more particular situation and seek to settle with their banks, before pursuing any other proceedings, to try conciliation via ABDRC. Nothing is imposed, and there are no constraints, but only benefits<\/i><\/div>
